The Pre-Surveyed Homes package consists of a pre-purchase inspection of the home, posting of the inspection report on line, e-mail support for buyers questions on each home, a virtual home tour including house photo and four additional interior rooms, a home warranty on the appliances, HVAC and water heater. This is a unique service which provides unparalleled buyer confidence. The cost of the package is $850.00. The building inspection fee is due at the completion of the inspection before the results are posted. The building inspection portion of the package price is $350.00. The balance of the package price is due at costing. The home warranty is supplied when the balance is paid in full.
