HOME WARRANTY COVERAGE
The LHI Home Warranty Plan is a service contract that covers mechanical breakdowns due to normal wear and tear of the major systems and appliances in your home. LHI Home Warranties does not have a deductable; you are only responsible to pay for the diagnostic fee. If the defect is a covered item, we pay for the part and the service fee.
Basic home owner warranty plan includes the following appliances:
- Oven/Range
- Refrigerator
- Water Heater
- Clothes Washer
- Heating System

- Microwave Oven
- Trash Compactor
- Central Air

The Basic Home Owner Warranty Plan can be upgraded to the Preferred Home Owner Warranty Plan, which includes plumbing and electric for a small additional fee.
