2.		Virtual Tour (You supply photos) ($30 per listing) Virtual home tours provide the whole picture in an interactive, affordable, simple-to-view way. You supply the photos. Pre-surveyed homes will visit your listing for the photos for an addition fee.
3.		Home Warranty ($300) Limited repair only appliance warranty for the new buyer. An LHI Home Warranty makes your home more attractive to potential buyers, especially if home systems, appliances and other items are aged.
4.		Property Perspectus ($350) An LHI Home Warranty makes your home more attractive to potential buyers, especially if home systems, appliances and other items are aged.
